Yoga Sutra 1.33
Maitri karuna mudina upeksanam sukha dukha punya apunya visayanam bhavanatah cittaprasadanam.

Translation : Mind is purified by cultivating friendliness towards the happy, compassion towards the miserable, joy towards the virtuous and indifference towards the wicked.
When we see a person having success in life, wish them continued success.
When we see a person having difficulty in life, wish them compassion.
When we see a person having great virtue and pure, wish them joy.
When we see a person impure and evil, wish them good will.

ABOUT ME

I am Kim Savage a Holistic Massage Therapist {LMBT 17714}, Sacred Sound Alchemist, Meditation Facilitator, Yoga E-RYT, Reiki healer and a student of Intuitive Energy Healing and Ayurveda. I am a graduate of the NC Massage School with certificates in Clinical Neuromuscular and Structural Bodywork , Thai Massage, Ayurvedic Bodywork, Ace Medicupping, Massage cupping and Hot Stone Massage. I have studied with the The Sound Healer’s Academy, Sage Academy of Sound, Vibration Sound Association, Alessandra Montanna, Don Conreaux and Jens Zyger, Hale Pule, David Emerson, Wilmington Yoga, Michael Sitzer and Cara Viana. I approach each individual with reverence and respect focusing on tuning into the body and listening. My goal is to facilitate the body’s innate healing and creating comfort in body, soul and mind. My massage technique, sacred sound healings and yoga teaching are influenced by the methods I have studied – massage, sacred sound and vibrational healing, intuitive energy, the energetic body, thai bodywork, neuromuscular pain patterns, medicupping, aromatherapy, meditation, ayurveda and yoga.
